Karen brings more than 30 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator and is widely recognized for her exceptional organizational skills, strong technical proficiency, and unwavering reliability. She plays a critical role in developing efficient workflows and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. Known for her friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented approach, Karen provides outstanding support for our client certification programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a consistently helpful, solutions-focused experience.

Sherri Fox
Sherri has been a dedicated meeting specialist with PAMC for ten years, bringing energy, reliability, and genuine warmth to every event she supports. Known for her bubbly personality and unwavering can-do spirit, she approaches every project with enthusiasm while never meeting a stranger.

Katie Zinc
Katie will serve as an account manager, bringing a strong blend of business expertise and service-minded leadership to the team. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, followed by a Master of Business Administration from William Carey University. With more than 16 years of service industry experience, Katie has built a reputation for exceptional customer care and professionalism. Her love of planning, organizing, and fine-tuned attention to detail will ensure our clients receive thoughtful, seamless support at every step.

Lindsay Williams
Lindsay is an experienced account executive and project manager with a strong foundation in design. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BA in Studio Art and Graphic Design and a minor in Journalism, she brings an exceptional eye for visual detail to every project. With eleven years of experience in organizational management, Lindsay is known for her design talent, strong graphic skills, upbeat attitude, and exceptional attention to detail.

Mary Lea Nations
Mary Lea’s thirty-five years of organizational management experience include eight years as executive director for a national multi-disciplinary organization, eighteen years as owner/account executive for a successful association management company, and management of national annual meetings and exhibits in a variety of venues and locales.
